    We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time.

    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 15-17 business days to the US, however, times may vary with different locations.

    3. Shipping Rates

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination of your order. Additional charges may apply for oversized items or deliveries to remote areas.

    4. International Shipping

    We currently offer international shipping. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

    5. Order Tracking

    6. Shipping Restrictions

    We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you have any questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team.

    7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    Tire Tonic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist in providing necessary information for your claim.

    8. Address Changes

    If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated if the order has already been processed.

    9. Returns and Refunds

    Please refer to our Return Policy in our terms of service for information on returning items. Note that we do not offer refunds for any products, except as required by law. For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team within 3 of receiving your order for assistance.
